The site, owned freehold by the Council, is currently operated under licence by the Councils contractor. A site plan is attached at Appendix 2 of the quotation document. The contract will be for a period of 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and will commence on 24 June 2016 with an option to extend by a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance. Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
