These will be used in various financial assessments undertaken by the Highways England Finance Directorate and also to assist the Highways England Strategic Supplier Development team within its Commercial and Procurement Directorate with ad-hoc requirements. The contract will need to supply financial analysis reports for both domestic and international companies as increasingly the parent companies of Highways England's suppliers are registered abroad.
