The FCO has taken a lease on premises in a hotel that needs to provide office accommodation and enable public access for consular visitors with a waiting area and partitions between the public and staff areas. The selected contractor will initially be appointed to carry out the outline design for the project in accordance with a performance specification and produce a cost plan and programme for delivery of the works. This information will be required by the client to prepare a Business Case for internal approval of the project.
