The PCC is the Contracting Authority for the provision of this service. The PCC is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider for the provision of a Fixed and Re-deployable Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Solution with Associated Support and Maintenance to replace equipment at existing sites and for the installation of equipment at new sites. The PCC is seeking a supplier to provide support and maintenance to existing cameras. The service provider will also manage the end to end process for planning, approvals, installation and support of any site which is under the jurisdiction of Highways England.
