The Council is seeking a suitably experienced organisation to develop project proposals to source and secure capital funding to invest in the facilities, implement the agreed works and manage the enhanced asset in a financially sustainable manner to in turn consistently deliver high quality services to the public. The site will be transferred by way of lease to the successful organisation for an anticipated duration of 30 years. The intention will be to commence the new lease by the Summer of 2016. As part of the lease arrangement for this concession opportunity the Council requires an annual sum to be provided to cover its ongoing commitements to the immediate area incorporating maintenance requirements.
