We are looking for an experienced construction company who has demonstrable experience in the successful delivery of modular buildings within the Education sector. The principal part of this project is the construction of a modular built extension, but the lead contractor will also be expected to manage and carry out traditional building and refurbishment phases to complete the scheme. This PQQ will eliminate bidders who do not meet the strict criteria and we advise you do not apply if you cannot demonstrate the required experience.
