Long term monitoring of STEP is required to evaluate the impact of the schemes and to enable reporting to the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) throughout and at the end of the programme. A baseline study of year 1 of the programme was completed November 2015. Repeat and baseline monitoring for the remaining programme is required and we require external support to deliver this.
