This contract, supplementary to Institution of Lighting Professionals Technical Report 22 (2007 Edition 3) (TR22), is intended to identify those inspection and testing parameters in a Non Destructive Testing (NDT) manner. The Contractor shall prepare and develop a Programme in accordance with Good Industry Practice and in order to meet the requirements of the Contract. The Programme shall set out a detailed plan on a street by street basis, of the Non Destructive Testing to be performed following the planned date of the Contract commencement.
