To commence on mid-February 2016 with a completion date of end of April 2016 The successful research provider must have: • Specialist knowledge of equality and human rights in England • Sound understanding of the health and social care system in the England • Extensive experience in undertaking impact evaluations • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills • Strong engagement and communication skills to engage with service providers and people who use services • Strong facilitation and interview skills to support the level of engagement required in this evaluation • Research analytical skills, including content analysis • Report writing and ability to clearly present findings and make recommendations for improvement Additional information: Evaluation on Equality & Human Rights Ref - CQC PSO 070 Dear Sir/Madam, You are hereby invited by the Care Quality Commission to tender services as described in the accompanying documentation.
