The provision of additional cameras would collect and capture data to inform the evidence base by allowing comparison of traffic flows, trip patterns and movements and fleet composition/vehicle mix against national assumptions. This will assist with the validation of a city centre traffic model and ensure that the outputs from the air quality model are robust The contract will be for a period of 3 months.
