Provision of this service will not include a requirement to provide a monitoring service. The Contract will be in place for a period of 5 years with initial system design and installation at all harbour areas listed in Schedule 2(C), Appendix A followed by maintenance, repair and replacement as required. The system will have spare capacity to accommodate additional camera installations up to the number per location identified in Schedule 2(C), Appendix C, after conclusion of the initial 5 year period. CMAL wishes to have the option to pursue purchase of the system outright at the completion of the leasing period.
