The Defra Network wishes to on-board onto the EA solution over the course of 2015. To do so there is a key requirement to make a number of technical changes to the Defra IT network, implement the service model to support the service going forward, work with the Unified Communications supplier to configure the new system, decommission the old telephony used across the Estate.
