The company must be able to provide certification of registration as a food business with the Local Authority Environmental Health. The company will need to provide their own chilled equipment, point of sales advertising, tills etc. All operatives to hold Food Hygiene Certificate at a minimum of Level 2 and to hold a good or excellent food hygiene rating issued by the Local Authority Environmental Health. To have a Food Safety Policy and HACCP systems in place to ensure food safety, and able to evidence compliance.
