The Strategic Partnering Services will include - but are not limited to: - assisting the Council in optimising the deliverability, functionality and commercial aspects of designs being developed by the Council for proposed projects - providing consultancy services to assist the Council in scheme phasing, site investigation and surveys, technical consultancy support, cost planning and supply-chain planning and management to achieve efficiencies in delivering the Capital Programme; and - assisting the Council in engagement and communications with public and statutory stakeholders The Capital Programme is expected to include the Council construction requirements for sports and leisure facilities schools and educational facilities libraries and community facilities and refurbishment works requirements for schools and educational facilities libraries and community facilities o...tre is to be constructed on a green field site within the Borough subject to Planning Approval that will eventually replace the current provision at Church Farm Leisure centre. The combined capital value of the two projects is estimated to be in the region of 25 million GBP. The Council will separately procure designers for projects but will novate designer appointments to the Partner.
