Corby Borough Council has its own Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) which carries out ad hoc responsive repairs and maintenance. In addition the DLO also carries out capital major improvements works to the Council's properties within the borough of Corby; work includes refurbishment and replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, disabled adaptations and replacement doors and windows.
