Young people may present as homeless and require short-term accommodation whilst a Joint Housing Assessment is being undertaken. Young People who are homeless and/or require lower level of support to maintain their accommodation with a minimum package of support. Support Needs: Group living/ shared accommodation; supported tenancy with a low level of floating support required. Hours of support will be based on individual needs and circumstances of the young person. or Floating support only, if the young person is has already moved into independent accommodation or if accommodation is provided elsewhere.
