Minor brickwork repairs and re-pointing. ### Phase 3 Re-surfacing car parks and pedestrian footpaths, access and improvement works including re-grading ramps, installing paving, re-bedding steps and undertaking associated landscaping works to improve the appearance of the internal courtyard with new edgings, dwarf walls and new planters.
