One contract is for the Council and its customers. The other contract is for the Libraries Mutual called Culture Learning & Libraries (Midlands) (“CLL”). The two contracts will be awarded to a single contractor. The initial term of the contracts is two years with the option to extend for a further two years in increments of upto one year. The anticipated start date of the contracts is Monday 9th January 2017.
