Surrey County Council (SCC) are issuing this invitation to tender for the provision of a framework for employee health & wellbeing services for a period of 4 years. This framework is being conducted by Surrey County Council, however has been developed in collaboration with East Sussex County Council and is part of a wider partnership within Surrey and East Sussex County Councils.
