The maximum contract length will be 4 years.The resulting select list may comprise of multiple contractors. The total annual value will be approximately 25,000 per year. Each order value and contract will relate to private dwellings and be support funded with a typical average value 150 - 1000 per property.Please refer to the tender documentation for further details.
