The provision of a service which will improve quality and choice of accommodation for Hounslow care leavers. It will ensure that placements purchased will conform to specification and that all providers used, meet appropriate standards, currently there is no statutory regulation of the market and no formal commissioning arrangements for this type of service in Hounslow or most WLA boroughs.
