The Service shall be responsible for gathering the specified information required under the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and as amended from time to time. The aim is to contribute to the specified Homes achieving their overall outcomes for young people and meet the requirements of the Ofsted regulations and Inspections framework. The Service Provider will operate as a Critical Friend and work in Partnership with the Purchaser to achieve these outcomes.
