In consideration of the above ESPO and Leicestershire County Council are seeking to establish an open framework which will enable the periodic performance review of appointed service providers and where appropriate, to allow new providers to join the framework at regular annual intervals in order to ensure that it continues to meet the Councils service delivery requirements and offers an appropriate range of services and service providers. The framework will include lots for Education Quality Advisors (EQAs), Newly Qualified Teacher assessment (NQT assessors), Key Stage 1 and 2 moderation and monitoring services, Associate Head Teachers and School to School Support.
