The scheme lies partly on land which is partly over Network Rail land, or over public highway or third party land which will require a CPO.The outline design will help form the negotiation of non-public highway land. Consultants are invited to make a tender submission for a commission to provide a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the Project as described in this brief. The tender submission will be assessed on a 40% quality / 60% price basis.
