The service will provide appropriately tailored, individual and group exercise programmes, and evidence-based motivational support for individuals referred through the local Lifestyle Referral Hub and through the self-referral process. The service will offer a varied menu of free exercise classes, gym usage and other physical activity opportunities in order to ensure that the service is accessible to and meets the needs of service users, in particular those from the citys most deprived groups and areas.
