The Commissioners have established a Wellbeing College Pilot, using existing service and community resources, to test out this new concept of service delivery and its value and effectiveness in providing courses. The aim of the pilot is to develop, alongside an independent evaluation organisation and commissioners, a comprehensive evaluation framework that will assess the impacts of the pilot and the possibilities for the long term sustainability of the concept/approach.
