This includes support to their parents and/or carers. The remit of the service will be to provide high quality information and advice, dispute resolution, mediation and tribunal support about matters relating to the child or young persons education, health and social care needs. The service is to be commissioned for two years commencing April 2015 and will integrate numerous existing but separate services. The aim of bringing these services together is to enhance the focus of early intervention strategies and solution focussed approaches according to a staged intervention framework Early help pathways: operational guidance (June 2014).
