The Supplier shall provide the services for 6 months (the “Initial Term”) from 1st April 2016. Following expiry of the Initial Term, the Council may extend the contract for a further 6 months. The Reprocessing Price Per Tonne shall be fixed for the Initial Term 6 months, following which; the Council will undertake a benchmarking process and the parties shall agree whether or not a variation of the Charges is necessary.
