All treatment will be planned, administered and conducted by a qualified physiotherapist, registered with the Health & Care professions Council (H&CPC) and who is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP). To reflect the geographical spread of our workforce and recognising that patients may have limited mobility, the intention is to offer a number of service providers through the County. To this end, this tender is divided into 7 Lots. Bidders may apply for one or more lots and the Authority may appoint more than one provider per lot. Employees will be free to chooses which provider they use and will not be compelled to use the provider closest to their home or work base locations. The contract period will be 24 months with a 12 month extension option. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
