The services are to be universally available to residents – access to services is not restricted by client group or eligibility criteria and they are to be free at the point of access. The supplier will provide a Universal Information and Advice service to all residents of Cheshire East.Information and advice should be accessible through a variety of channels including face to face, telephone and online.
