More specifically, the main items of work listed below: ### Civil - Replace existing welfare facilities with new - Redecorate internally as per bill items ### Electrical - Establish temporary navigation optic (NLB technicians) - Strip out and dispose of existing optic system (NLB technicians to remove optic itself) - Install new batteries and charger - Install new domestic equipment (lighting, heating, fire detection etc) - Install new optic system - Commission all electrical installations It is important that Tenderers or their representative(s) attend the site visit, any Tenderers submitting a tender that have not attended the site visit, will not be considered.
