Part of the works involve knocking through the brick party wall inserting PRC lintel and insertion of suitable door liner architraves, door stops and internal flush door with ironmongery and privacy latch. The contractor cost for the removal of redundant services, butler sick and supports redundant washer/boiler and stand, removal of floor screeds to ensure floor levels with in all rooms are at the same level.
