The contracts for both lots will be for an initial period of 7 years with the option to extend for up to a further 3 years based on 12 month incremental extensions. - Lot 1 Outsourced Commodity IT Services for Enterprise Infrastructure, End User Computing & Service Desk. This requirement will cover the following services: • Complete Service Desk provision for the entire organisation (level 1, 2 and 3); • Enterprise Infrastructure to include (but not limited to): • Data Centre Provision; • Server / Storage / Backup / Archive Delivery & Support; • Electronic Patient Record Application Hosting, Maintenance & Management (Epic); • Interface Engine Hosting, Maintenance & Management; • Medical Device Integration Hosting, Maintenance & Management; • Clinical Information Systems Hosting, Maintenance & Management; and • Enterprise Content Management; • End User Computing to include (but not limited to): • Desktop /Laptop engineering / support; • Application Delivery & Application Support; • Virtual Desktops; • Applications Store; • Active Directory; • File Shares; and • Single Sign On. - Lot 2 Outsourced Commodity IT Services for Enterprise Networks & Security. The Service Provider will be responsible for the supply, installation, configuration,optimisation, management and maintenance of a range of technologies, products and services which collectively form the Authority’s Enterprise Network and Security provision. This will include in its scope: ●Wide Area Network (WAN); ●Local Area Network (LAN); ●Wireless Network (Wi-Fi); ●Perimeter Networks & Security; ●Secure Remote Access; and ●Enterprise Mobility Management.
