Historic England wishes to appoint a panel of Quantity Surveyors to provide QS services which may be ordered by Historic England and fall broadly into the following categories:

• Advising and preparing standard contract documentation; provide full pre and post contract services and giving expert advice.

• Prepare cost information and estimates in support of, and give evidence at Public Inquiries
