A bespoke suite of applications manages all aspects of the commercial pipeline, from enquiry processing and bidding for work through to contract negotiation and onward to service delivery. A graphical reporting system summarises key business metrics. The system also manages training course bookings and software purchases via an integrated ecommerce solution.
