BDBC and HCC are in the process of procuring a consortium of consultants to prepare a Detailed Masterplan and submit a Planning Application for the first phase of the Manydown project that is defined as the site allocation contained in the emerging Local Plan. This particular requirement relates to BDBC and HCC jointly commissioning PR and Communication Services for the Manydown project to support the development of a detailed masterplan and the submission of an outline planning application for the first phase of the project. The services will cover: • Public Engagement • Public Consultation • Communications strategy, including the creation and preparation of marketing documentation, advice on and implementation of effective engagement and consultation methods The Council utilised an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers.
