The project will direct specific attention at Marine Conservation Zones, as designated under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. The project will help inform Historic England about how we, and others in the sector, can support action in a way that contributes to research, monitoring and other social or cultural benefits compatible with Marine Conservation Zone objectives and associated management measures.
