This will include a Single Point of Access, health lifestyle risk assessment process and targeted lifestyle support for weight management, healthy eating, health trainers, stop smoking and the delivery of community based NHS Health Checks across the borough of Dudley. Additional information: The successful Contractor(s) are required to take account of sustainable development e.g. environmental, social and economic impacts of delivery and to actively participate in the protection of the environment. Accordingly contract performance and conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.
