HDFT wishes to procure the provision of a professional design team in relation to the Project. This procurement is split into 4 lots based on the different professional services required. Tenderers may bid for one or more lots. The lots are (1) Architectural Services (Design Team Leader and Principle Designer – CDM); (2) Mechanical and Electrical Services; (3) Quantity Surveying Services; and (4) Structural Engineering Services.
