The preferred option is a single supplier to provide the service across the whole geographic area but consideration may be given to awarding to more than one supplier by regional area if it is economically advantageous. If this were to be considered it would be in three areas Western, Central and Eastern. The NWP property portfolio comprises of approximately 60 properties The Force will require the successful contractor to be able to evidence both their experience and best practice in the areas of painting and decorating and the ability to undertake programmed work.
