ALTERATIONS TO THE EXISITING SITE LAYOUT (FENCING) TO ALLOW CURRENT TEMPORARY WASTE TRANSFER STATION TO CONTINUE OPERATION FOR THE DURATION OF THE WORKS CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW PORTAL FRAMED FACILITY WITH ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE, HARD STANDING, FENCING, ETC. THE APPOINTED CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE DESIGNED AND INSTALL A SPRINKLER SYSTEM TO THE FACILITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION PROVIDED REINSTATEMENT OF ALL AREAS ON COMPLETION AND CURRENT TEMPORARY FACILITY TO BE TAKEN OUT OF USE WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT ### FULL WORKS PACKAGE TO BE PRICED Additional information: UNSURE OF THE ACTUAL START DATE OR CONTRACT DURATION.
