As such, HS2 Ltd wishes to carry out a piece of ethnographic research that explores these customer behaviours in order to help develop a set of user needs to help inform key decisions in the development of the products, services, brand and people. Further details on the scope and timescales for the work are provided in the Request for Quotation documentation that will be provided to registered suppliers. Suppliers that wish to quote for this work must register their interest via email to by no later than 12:00 hours on 18th November 2016. Registered suppliers will be supplied with the Request for Quotation documentation thereafter.
