The project comprises of the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a new hearing induction loop system in the Earlham, Mancroft, Westwick and Wymer rooms at City Hall. The meeting rooms have cork flooring around the perimeter and all walls and ceilings are Grade II\* listed. No attachments may be made to the walls or ceilings.
