As a result Birmingham City Council invites expressions of interest for either a single or consortium lead provider to bring an innovative approach to the provision of these services. Birmingham is a young and super-diverse city and the service provider(s) must demonstrate excellence in inclusion and cultural competence to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. The contract will for a period of five years with an option to extend for a further two years. Please note this procurement will be undertaken as a competitive procedure with negotiations.
