[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender ### Service Required The Trust requires a monitoring and verification (M&V) review service, to review the contractor's M&V Methodology and M&V Plan at the outset (January 2016), and to audit the reports provided by the contractor on a quarterly or annual basis (to be determined) during the Guarantee Period. The purpose is (1) to support the implementation of a robust EPC contract (to be signed 25th January 2016) and (2) to enable the Trust will be able to determine whether the savings presented by the contractor during the Guarantee Period are accurate, in order to enforce an appropriate level of compensation payment, if they fall below target.
