The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to: - supply and maintain a secure, flexible and value-for-money service for off-site storage and management of approximately 8,000 boxes of paper records of The Council - Retrieval and delivery of boxes as required - to deliver this service from a storage facility within 20 miles of The Council Civic Offices (PO1 2AL) The initial contract period will be for 3 years extendable in increments agreed to a maximum of 5 years subject to performance and agreement of all parties.
