Our current system is used to manage queues in Main Reception and Housing Benefits Reception. This contract is due to expire in 30th June 2016 and new requirements have arisen in other areas of the Council for which we require an integrated solution. In addition, the 2 current branches (Main Reception and Housing Benefits) are run from hard drives that act as Servers - there are two for each branch, one running the application and another running the media display on the queue screens.
