For clarity the partners in this tender are Futures Homescape Limited (FHL), Daventry and District Housing limited (DDH) and any other FHG group company. FHG spends circa GBP8 million annually on this type of work. This includes void properties, heating programmes, roofing programmes, major refurbishment and so on. The annual value of Lots can vary from as low as GBP30k per annum to over GBP1m per annum. Currently our framework includes large companies, SMEs and sole traders. None are discouraged. The contract award following an EU compliant tender process will be for four years subject to terms and conditions.
