The contract has been let as a call-off contract under the South West Consultancy Framework managed by Torbay Council. The contract has been let for assistance on initial mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects, ad hoc advice to the Estates Department members and also assistance on combined projects which include M&E requirements. The contract is awarded for works commenced in FY1617 but which may not complete until during FY1718. No new project work will be issued to the Consultant during FY1718.
