The Council invites proposals for a COTS solution. The solution should encompass the following requirements: • Provide the IT Security Framework policies for the organisation that would help the Council to protect its own assets, to advise its staff about IT security and their responsibilities as individual officers and meet all legislative requirements regarding IT and data security • Meet the appropriate risk management and information governance standards to enable the Council to comply with the following standards: o ISO 27002:2013 Standard o PCIDSS – Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard o PSN (Public Shared Network) Compliance • Provide a uniform level of control and consistent guidelines for management • Allows authorised officers to audit and monitor the take-up of the policies. The Council is looking for an immediate implementation.
